Job Description

1. Conduct daily market visit to identify retail outlets (GT & MT), HORECA , and institutions.

2. Study competitors' pricing, merchandising, and product range.

3. Visit retail outlets daily for product placement and order booking.

4. Provide retailers/distributors with complete product and company information.

5. Follow up to ensure smooth sales, delivery, and payment collection.

6. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

7 Maintain daily activity reports.

8 Address customer complaints and suggest improvements.

9 Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives.
