Extensive knowledge of proposal & tender submission process for private & different govt. departments.

Ability to handle multiple tasks & work well under pressure.
Ability to work independently & within a team environment.
Business plan targets review, target v/s performance achievement, profitability & improvement of weak areas.
Monitoring competitor activities & devising effective counter measures.
Manage collection, analysis & recommend action plans by daily monitoring.
Handling all business promotion activities via hoarding, fliers, news paper/fm ads, e mails etc.
Sales promotion activities planning, budget allocation & execution by product wise, geography wise, market share wise.
Responsible to lead overall activities and take decisions.
Looking after overall operations of company right from analyzing business potential, strategy planning, sales promotion, sales, recruitment, administration, team management, collection, target, performance, profitability, Budget allocation, analysis & recommend action plans to achieve desired targets.
Have Extensive knowledge of managing the administration right from business forecasting, Strategy Planning, promotion, recruitment, team management, target achievement, profitability, delivery & customer relationship management.
Strong managerial skills that helps to analyze business potential, conceptualizing & executing sales strategies to drive sales, turnover and achieve desired targets.
