• Extensive knowledge of proposal & tender submission process for private & different govt. departments.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks & work well under pressure.

• Business plan targets review, target v/s performance achievement, profitability & improvement of weak areas.
• Monitoring competitor activities & devising effective counter measures.
• Manage collection, analysis & recommend action plans by daily monitoring.
• Handling all business promotion activities via hoarding, fliers, news paper/fm ads, e mails etc.
• Sales promotion activities – planning, budget allocation & execution by product wise, geography wise, market share wise.
• Responsible to lead overall activities and take decisions.
• Looking after overall operations of company right from analyzing business potential, strategy planning, sales promotion, sales, recruitment, administration, team management, collection, target, performance, profitability, Budget allocation, analysis & recommend action plans to achieve desired targets.
• Have Extensive knowledge of managing the administration right from business forecasting, Strategy Planning, promotion, recruitment, team management, target achievement, profitability, delivery & customer relationship management.
