Urgent Opening For Field Sales Manager

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and manage the field sales team.

Planning sales targets, provide guidance, monitor performance, and conduct regular performance reviews.

Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business objectives.

Identify market opportunities, define target segments, and design action plans to achieve sales targets.

Allocate sales territories to the team members and define sales coverage plans.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and high-value accounts.

Possess a two-wheeler or four-wheeler vehicle for traveling to different cities and locations.

Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients, attend industry events, and explore new markets.

Work closely with the sales team in the field, supporting them, and resolving any challenges that arise.

The sales manager and the sales representatives will work together to achieve these targets.

The field manager should assume a pivotal role by taking on dual responsibilities in situations where team members are not available.

The marketing executive plays a crucial role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing efforts align seamlessly with sales and product development goals.

Qualification :

Any Graduate with proven experience in sales field

Two Wheeler is mandatory.

Excellent Communication is must.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Strong business sense and industry expertise

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
