Responsibilities:
1. Identify potential merchant leads in the assigned territory through market research, cold calling, and networking.
2. Build and maintain relationships with merchants and understand their payment processing requirements.
3. Pitch ICICI Bank's payment processing solutions to merchants, highlighting the benefits and advantages over competitors.
4. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to merchants to showcase the features and functionalities of ICICI Bank's merchant services.
5. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with merchants to secure new business.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and internal stakeholders to develop sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
7. Provide regular sales reports, updates, and feedback to the sales manager.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competition to identify new business opportunities and market developments.
9. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing merchant queries and concerns in a timely manner.
10. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of ICICI Bank's merchant services division.
