· Booking orders for products
· Gathering the relevant data from the market to increase sales
· Handling social media handles of the company
· Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications. Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily
· Ideate, plan, and execute the social media calendar for the brand on various platforms.
· Influencers & community building Ensuring you build a collaborative environment and space with external parties including offline events and influencers online.
· Customer Relationships
· Ensuring customers undergo a smooth purchase experience.
· Assisting in escalating customer grievances and ensuring they are sorted.
· Communicate with customers, respond to their queries/comments in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.
· Vendor Management & store visits
The candidate should have experience of at least 1- 2 years in the FMCG (Food product) industry and should understand the market well.
