· Cultivate new leads within the sales territory

· Travel throughout the territory and visit construction site on a recurring basis

· Manage multiple accounts simultaneously

· Monitor the companys industry competitors, new products, and market conditions.

· Build relationships with existing customers

· Preparing sales reports as well as territory analyses and submitting them to management
