Responsibilities
Travel to potential and existing customers within an assigned sales area to present company offerings and build brand awareness
Develop and sustain long-term relationships with channel partners
Generate corporate leads for product sales
Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management
Ensure inventory availability at the Distributor side
Weekly & Monthly Stock and Sales Reporting
Regular meetings with channel partners to ensure product flow to customers
Regular payment follow-up from channel partners to ensure no outstanding receivables
Implement company strategies in the marketplace to increase product wise sales
Maintain a sales outreach database for each assigned territory
Plan routes efficiently to increase productivity
Increase Net Distribution by increasing number of outlets served
Qualifications
At least 1-year of field sales experience within the FMCG industry
Experience in a regional role
Strong networking & communication skills
Team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
Attention to detail and deliver work of a high standard
