Job Description:

As a Sales Trainee , you will be a part of the front line sales team and handle General Trade for the company, and achieve sales targets.

What you will do:

1) Visiting Outlets on daily bases and getting the orders and increasing the sales volume.

2) Responsible for front end sales- General trade.

3) Daily Market visit and do the sales calls as per route/plan.

4) Market Expansion and activation of new outlets.

5) Achieving the sales target.

6) Distributor handling, Primary sales & secondary sales target achievements.

7) Coordinating distributor team weather the products have been delivered to clients in time.

8) Resolving customer complaints.

9) Handling PSR’s and motivating the team.

10) Collecting payments from outlets.
