Job Descriptions
Attend community events such as festivals, parades, sporting events, etc., reaching out to potential candidates as appropriate.
Develop relationships that can aid in the development of a network of resources to help expand the candidate flow.
Remain active on social media forums and employ other creative methods that reach potential candidates.
Lead and organize local and industry job fairs, as well as career fairs and events at local high school, college and university campus.
Effectively source qualified job candidates via computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, job fairs, employee referrals, etc.
Door to door mobilization on daily basis.
Collecting Data of target beneficiaries from the community and to prepare its soft copies.
Forming batches for different training programmes
Doing home visits of the trainees whenever required.
Conducting events in the community like Rallies, Certificate ceremony, career mela etc.
Community mobilization through various methods like putting stalls, Announcement, Community drives, Meeting with Influencers, meeting community people at parks.
Conducting surveys.
Daily reporting
