Job Description

Responsibilities:

Cultivate new leads within the sales territory via the door-to-door sales method.

Travel throughout the territory and visit customers on a recurring basis.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts.

Meet personal and team sales targets.

Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.

Build long lasting client relationships.

Evaluate customers’ needs and requirements and educate them on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.

Represent the brand during all existing and prospective customer interactions.

Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.

Requirements:

High school diploma. Bachelor's or associate degree in marketing, communications, or related field is preferred.

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting sales quotas.

Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management.

Basic computer use competency.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and driven.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales.

Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

Team player with the ability to think on their feet.

Good time-management skills.
