Job Responsibility
● This is a B2B field sales role where you will be the face of magicpin and interact with
the Mx. in the market, mostly Restaurants, Nightlife, QSR, Beauty Salons.
● Every day will be unique and interesting. Chasing and achieving targets for
increasing transactions through Owners/Store managers/Staff is one of the key
highlights of this role and will keep you excited.
● Training the Owners/Store managers/Staff about the benefits of using magicpin
app, how to pitch the same to end users and how to use the application will be an
integral part of the role.
● Building and maintaining a strong relationship with the Owner/Store Manager is
paramount.
● Working in close coherence with Owners/Store managers to track the number of
transactions at the store level. Develop strategies to grow the number of transactions.
● Generating sales insights and customizing pitch to maximize conversions.
● Solve operational challenges / concerns as and when raised by store managers.
