Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationships. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Fluency in English and Tamil.
Two wheeler is must.
