Roles and responsibilities
Glint requires Business development executives (Field sales) to expand the presence of Chennai’s No. 1 hyperlocal car cleaning services at doorstep. The BDE is a key part of the early team who will focus on adding value to Glint by extending its accounts to company partners :
Focus on forming alliances for GLINT with well established local & regional brands, chain shops, public places and public forums where strong customer footfall is expected. The target audience of Glint . car owners.
Identifying events and activities where good footfall is expected where services of Glint can be showcased
Tie-up with various touch points such as Restaurants, Shopping Complexes, Gym, Saloons etc which are frequented by potential customers
Collaborate with corporates for alliances
The main objective of an alliance manager is to increase long-term revenue as well as performance of the company.
Key is to identify multiple channels which will give a constant flow of high quality potential leads which can be converted into customers.
Driving new business opportunities:
Identifying, negotiating and closing new business opportunities.
Establishing strong relationships with targeted clients and partners resulting in increased business opportunities.
Develop & strategize products, services and strategic roadmap to enable more business to be won.
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Identifying and building relationships with key decision makers within potential client organizations and funders.
