FSE’s most important means of interacting with prospects and customers is through face to face meetings.
Key Responsibility  Acquires new customers/ prospects from assigned geography.
 Leads all aspects of sales process, while calling upon the company sales with the customers, to assist in proposal delivery, solution development and as directed by the company.
 Steer sales as per organizations target matrix, increase width & depth of distribution work in specified area.
 Must be a team player and help in growth of the company.
 Candidate from IT sales background will be an added advantage
 Identify prospects in the assigned area and generate new leads via cold calling, emails, chat and door-to-door visits
 Arrange in-person meetings with potential customers to persuade them to buy the company’s product or service and meet their requirements
 Follow-up with customers to maintain relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals
Personal Attributes  Excellent English Communication Skills with regional dialect is a must.
 Good at persuasion and negotiation skills.
 Ability to manage time
 Must have flair for selling and convincing skills
 Must be open to Travel
