Under Impact Guru, Policy Guru/Carepal is an Insurtech startup. Insurance penetration in India is a huge problem. About only 20% of India has some form of health insurance. As an individual, you would have had some exposure to health insurance via policy bazaar, an agent who is generally a relative or your bank. Yet, you haven't bought it today. Why?

This is the problem we are trying to solve by creating innovative products in this space.

Roles & Responsibilities

Source new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Develop robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.

Qualify prospects

Pipeline management

Generate revenue and acquire customers

Customer evaluation and procurement

Account management

Sales process management

Evaluate clients needs, skills and build a productive long lasting relationship

Accurate forecasting

Help in benchmarking best practices for leading successful sales campaigns

Develop repeatable sales model that ensures consistent success and revenue growth

Devise creative, out-of-the-box ideas and implement them

Generate daily as well as monthly sales reports

Expand and maintain client database

Professional Experiences

Proven sales experience

Track record of over-achieving targets

Experience working with CRM, sales techniques and pipeline management

Proficient in using computers & MS Office tools
