1. Job Description: Field Sales Executive & Telesales
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 to 2 year of relevant experience in B2B product sales. The ideal candidate will have an MBA with a focus on either IT or Marketing, along with a strong understanding of the sales process in the business-to-business sector. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive sales growth in a competitive market.
2. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the assigned market segment.
Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting and lead-generation activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients to maximize sales opportunities and profitability.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by management.
Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts to management
3. Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B product sales, preferably in the IT or Marketing sector.
MBA degree with a specialization in IT, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Strong understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
