As a sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our property acquisition efforts. Your primary focus will be on data mining, property onboarding, and maintaining excellent communication with property owners. Your insights will play a crucial role in enhancing our property portfolio and expanding our reach in the market.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your data mining expertise to identify potential properties that align with our portfolio expansion goals.
Employ effective communication etiquettes to engage property owners through both phone calls and email correspondence.
Leverage your good communication skills to establish rapport, address concerns, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate property information, photos, and details are updated and maintained.
Demonstrate your tech-savviness by efficiently working on MS Office and our proprietary software tools.
Apply your knowledge of the hospitality industry, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), to create compelling property profiles.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data mining and property onboarding within the hospitality industry.
Exceptional communication skills with a knack for building relationships and converting leads.
Familiarity with industry-specific technology and OTA platforms.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Education Qualification:
Graduate.
