Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated Field Sales Executive who will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with potential clients in the Indore region. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Actively approach potential clients (individual investors, traders, and financial institutions) to promote StockDaddy's products and services.

Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and customer retention.

Offer ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing their queries and providing timely solutions.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to enhance the companys product portfolio.

Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights.

Sales Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and market intelligence.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

Brand Representation:

Represent StockDaddy at industry events, networking functions, and meetings, promoting our services and building brand visibility.

Customer Education:

Educate potential and existing clients on StockDaddys products and services, providing demonstrations and presentations when necessary.

Key Requirements:

Minimum Graduate in any discipline. A background in finance or business is an added advantage.:

6 months-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in the financial services, technology, or software industry.

Experience in selling financial products or services is highly preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
