Job Title: Field Sales Executive – FMCG (Health & Wellness Products)

Location: Delhi

Department: Sales – Retail Channel

Reporting To: Area Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to drive retail sales of our premium range of health and wellness FMCG products including sprouted items, wood-pressed oils, ghee, kesar, brown sugar, and rock salt. You will be responsible for developing strong relationships with local retailers, expanding market reach, and ensuring product visibility and availability across your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit prospective retail outlets, organic stores, kirana shops, supermarkets, and health food stores to generate sales.

• Promote product features, health benefits, and USPs of items like wood-pressed oils, desi ghee, and natural salts to store owners and staff.

• Ensure proper product placement, display, and visibility as per brand guidelines.

• Take and process daily orders from retailers and coordinate with logistics for smooth deliveries.

• Achieve monthly sales targets, route-wise coverage, and customer acquisition goals.

• Educate retailers about product differentiation and encourage upselling.

• Conduct product sampling and promotions at the retail level when required.

• Monitor competitor activity in the natural and organic FMCG segment and share market insights.

• Collect payments from clients and ensure proper documentation.

• Maintain accurate records of daily visits, order book, and feedback.
