Roles and Responsibilities

Candidate must have experience in B2b Sales, Electrical and electronic knowledge preffered. Must have two wheeler with valid license

Strategy planning for achieving Growth.

Monitor and develop existing business and to create new counters along with assuming responsibility for the overall business in the area.

Analyses market potential and to prepare strategies for various business segments for project vertical.

Provide solutions to customers with an effective coordination with the team.

Responsible for pricing, negotiation, competitive evaluation, and forecasting

Efficient product knowledge

Advice client right products, market research, evaluate customers,

Screen, identify build customer network , hardware counters in Pune market

Generate new leads , increase sales

Excellent negotiation, convincing and communication skills , technically sound and qualified

Negotiate on price, quantity and specifications , explain product quality specifications and technicalities with shop keepers,

Recovery payment collection

Resolving conflicts and negotiating

Making decisions & solving problems
