Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Field Sales Executives to join our team. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving merchant acquisition, onboarding, and promoting Paytm’s payment solutions to businesses in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, small businesses, and merchants to promote and sell Paytm’s payment solutions (QR codes, POS machines, etc.).
Identify and onboard new merchants by explaining the benefits of Paytm’s products and services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets as set by the management.
Provide training to merchants on how to use Paytm’s products effectively.
Address merchant queries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Maintain a record of merchant data and prepare regular sales reports.
Key Qualifications & Skills
Education: Minimum 10+2 or Graduate in any field.
Experience: Prior experience in field sales or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Skills:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with merchants.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
Familiarity with digital payment solutions is a plus.
