Job Description:
Executive shall generate leads by promotion & presentations of PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials, equipments & instruments to dental professionals, government institutions, colleges, laboratories, and hospitals.
Executive shall convert the generated leads into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve agreed-upon sales objectives& targets.
To learn & up skill technically about all the PYRAX & PYRAX owned imported dental materials, equipments & instruments.
Attend company organized training programmes & appear in tests post training sessions.
Conduct product demonstrations, workshops and presentations to effectively showcase product features and benefits.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dental dealers, professionals, laboratories, and hospitals.
Daily report to sales coordinator about sales and marketing efforts through companys given format / mobile application.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the dental materials market & sharing all key competitors information to sales coordinator.
Consistently meet and exceed given sales targets.
Provide exceptional & prompt customer support and service.
Gather and report valuable market feedback on companys products, packaging, delivery, etc.
Shall focus more on secondary market sales growth. Besides primary (dealer) sales.
