We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Representative to join our team.
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products/services to potential customers in designated territories. You will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to assigned territories to meet with potential customers and generate sales leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Present and demonstrate products/services to customers, highlighting features and benefits to meet their needs.
Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare and submit sales reports, including activity, pipeline, and forecast reports, to management on a regular basis.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and maximize opportunities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote products/services and expand network contacts.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards at all times.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a results-oriented mindset.
Possess a valid driving license and a two-wheeler vehicle for daily travel.
Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to travel within assigned territories as needed.
