It is difficult for a non brand company to survive in this era of brand but we are fighting from 2000 and now we are established as a reputated firm in the paint industry all over india.

Job Summary

As a Field Sales Executive in the paint industry, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales activities in a designated area. Your primary objective is to drive revenue and achieve sales targets, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a deep understanding of the paint industry, market trends, and exceptional leadership and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Given monthly sales and visit targets.

* Working as a sales professional within Domestic Courier Services usually means that you are required to travel to meet with new and existing clients.

Customer Relationship Management

* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including retailers, distributors, and contractors.

* Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

* Proven experience in sales management in the paint industry or a related field.

* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
