Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and follow-up communications with clients.

Constantly supporting and handholding customers for all enquiries, payments, complaints, rejections, queries etc.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling.

Accomplishes marketing and sales staff objectives by training, and coaching employees.

Ensuring development and achievement of sales through direct sales channel.

Being a Key Interface between the customer and all relevant divisions such as production planning.
