Key Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.

Product Promotion:

Showcase and promote FMCG products to retailers and distributors.

Provide product knowledge and training to retailers to enhance sales.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.

Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and customer needs.

Order Management:

Process and manage product orders efficiently.

Monitor inventory levels at retail outlets and suggest restocking strategies.

Customer Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Address customer concerns and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Utilize CRM systems to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities.
