Job Profile

Position: Sales Executive

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in any product sales (financial / non-financial)

Requirements:

Must have a two-wheeler (compulsory)

Local candidates preferred (West Pune)

Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi

Any graduate degree

Job Responsibilities:

Promote and sell mutual funds and insurance products

Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company

Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships

Stay updated with market trends and product knowledge

Collaborate with the marketing team to deliver results.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: INR 20,000 per month (increment after 6 months of evaluation)

Conveyance Allowance: INR 5,000 per month

Monthly Incentives based on performance
