Field Sales Executive Beauty Sector App Solutions

Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our cutting-edge app solutions to beauty salons, spas, and beauty professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cosmetic products to salons and beauty parlours, combined with a passion for technology and the beauty industry. You will be responsible for demonstrating how our app simplifies salon management, booking systems, and enhances overall client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage your experience in selling cosmetic products to salons, spas, and beauty parlours to build strong relationships and trust with potential clients.

Identify, target, and engage potential clients, including beauty salons, spas, and makeover studios, who would benefit from our app solutions.

Present and demonstrate the apps features, emphasizing how it can streamline appointment booking, inventory management, marketing, and overall operations for beauty businesses.

Provide tailored solutions based on the specific needs of each salon or spa, enhancing their business efficiency.

Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring successful onboarding and continued app usage.

Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation, follow-ups, and deal closing.

Stay informed about current trends in both the beauty and technology sectors to remain competitive.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the app.

Offer valuable feedback to internal teams regarding customer preferences and market demands, helping refine product offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in selling cosmetic products to beauty salons, spas, or beauty parlours.

Strong understanding of salon operations, including their challenges with inventory, client management, and appointment scheduling.

Excellent communication, negotiation skill.
