Job Role: Field Sales Executive
Location: Pune
Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through research and market analysis.
Cold Calling: Initiate and maintain conversations with prospective customers to pitch our services.
Customer Visits: Conduct daily visits to client locations to build relationships and secure deals.
Promote and sell our products to target markets such as IT companies, manufacturing units, and corporate offices.
B2B Sales: Manage business-to-business sales activities, including negotiations and closing deals.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
Education: Graduate in any stream.
Experience: Prior sales or fieldwork experience preferred (not mandatory). Freshers may apply.
Technical Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for daily customer visits.
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary: 12,000 - 15,000 per month.
Incentives: Performance-based variables.
