We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and expand the customer base.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
Conduct in-person meetings and presentations with prospective clients.
Understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts to close sales.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and new clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Gather and analyze market intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, activities, and forecasts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure client satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
