Job Description:
We are looking for a talented, experienced/ fresher field sales executive with a friendly personality. We require a self motivated individual with a passion for sales and marketing. This role essential for driving our companies growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Get the sale using various customer sales method.
Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/ methods and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customer skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationship.
Research accounts and generate or follow sales leads.
Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory.
Meet personal and group targets.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Requirements;
1. Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.(Preferred not mandatory)
2. Experience:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the [0month to 6month].
3. Skills:
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
