We are looking for a Junior / Trainee Sales Executive, Please apply only if you can join within 2 weeks.

Job Responsibility:

1. Client Acquisition: Prospect and convert potential customers into active clients through proactive ,

networking, and relationship building.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Resolve customer concerns in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.

3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate

their features, benefits, and value propositions to clients.

4. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use

knowledge to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.

5. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and

transactions. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to achieve

collective goals and initiatives.

7. Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales processes, pricing, and

delivery timelines.

Requirements :

1. Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role, preferably in a field sales capacity.

2. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

5. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

6. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any graduate.
