Job Summary: Field Sales Manager

The Field Sales Manager plays a vital role in driving sales growth and maximizing revenue for the company. This position involves overseeing a team of sales representatives operating in the field and ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded. The Field Sales Manager is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and providing leadership and guidance to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and set sales targets. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential customers. Develop and implement action plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

2. Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of field sales representatives. Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations to ensure that sales targets are achieved. Foster a positive and high-performing team culture while promoting professional development and motivation.

3. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, conversion rates, and market share. Identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary. Regularly report sales performance to senior management and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing sales effectiveness.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and key accounts. Conduct regular customer visits to develop an understanding of their needs, provide product knowledge, and address any concerns or issues. Act as a point of escalation for customer inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

5. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, including sales pipelines, sales projections, and performance summaries. Utilize CRM syst
