Ensure My Eicher adoption and onboarding for large customers.

Initiation and Trials of New Digital Services.

Drive Monetization through existing and new digital services.

Create awareness and sales penetration for the available Digital Products.

Competition Benchmarking

Weekly/ Monthly Cadence

Create customer success stories

Key Result Areas / KPI's:

Establish & Maintain Customer connect- 100% of the customers list given (Minimum of 2 to 3 customers per day)

Renewals- 60% to 70% over 6 months

Onboarding on the Platform-100% of the customers met

Understand customer new needs-100% of the customers met (Based on the needs expressed)

Sale of New Digital Initiatives / Solutions-100% of the customers met

Competition product benchmarking

Success stories created

Skill set:

Good in MS Office (Specifically Excel, PowerPoint) - Preparing reports

Good communication skills (Verbal & Written)
