Job Description: HawksCode is hiring dynamic and motivated male Sales & Marketing Executives for our

IndiaMart B2B Sales & Marketing process. This role involves direct interaction with customers,

promoting our services, and achieving sales targets through fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Job: This position involves fieldwork.

Daily Tasks:

Make 40 unique calls per day using the database provided by IndiaMart ERP.

Conduct 4 meetings with customers daily, ensuring a minimum of 21 meetings

per week.

Sales Target: Achieve at least 60% of the sales target.

Salary:

Regular Salary: 25,000 CTC per month (18,000 Fixed + 2,000 Expenses +

Incentives).

Probation Period Salary (3 months): 22,000 CTC per month (15,000 Fixed + 2,000

Expenses + Incentives).

Initial Training: 7 days of unpaid training.

Working Days:

Monday to Saturday (Sunday off).

Leave Policy:

1 paid leave per month (non-carry forward).

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduate.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and local vernacular languages.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Age between 21 to 32 years.
