Job Description

We are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented sales executive for the field sales force with focus on lead generation and nurturing, sales conversion, and closing. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to identify potential customers, build a pipeline, and effectively convert leads into long-term business relationships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

Identify and research potential leads, including distributors, wholesalers, pharmacies, and online sellers.

Utilize digital tools (LinkedIn, CRM, cold emails, and calls) to generate high-quality leads.

Develop partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers for OTC product placements.

Sales Conversion & Business Development:

Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups, presentations, and demonstrations.

Effectively pitch the benefits of OTC products, emphasizing health advantages.

Convert potential buyers into long-term business partners through strategic negotiations.

Close deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis:

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

Adjust sales strategies based on data insights and industry shifts.

Provide feedback to the marketing team for targeted campaigns.

Relationship Management & Retention:

Build trust-based relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Address concerns, resolve objections, and enhance customer experience.

Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to maximize revenue potential.

Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Maintain detailed records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.

Prepare reports on sales performance, conversion rates, and growth trends.

Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies
