Position Overview:
The Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales by building and nurturing client relationships in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have a passion for travel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development & Target Achievement:
o Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients (individuals, groups, or corporate clients) for travel packages, tours, and related services.
o Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives through direct sales activities, including meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
o Promote and sell a range of travel products and services, including tour packages, flights, accommodation, and holiday itineraries.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
o Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their travel requirements.
o Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
o Keep abreast of the latest trends, offers, and competitor activities in the travel industry.
o Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to help improve product offerings.
4. Field Work & Territory Coverage:
o Regularly visit clients, travel agencies, and other relevant stakeholders in the assigned territory.
o Plan and execute daily or weekly sales calls and visits to generate business opport
