Job Description: Field Sales Executive

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Industry: Real Estate

Role Overview:

As a Field Sales Executive for a leading real estate company in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, you will play a critical role in driving sales and building lasting relationships with clients. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential customers, showcase properties, and close sales deals. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Property Showcasing:

Conduct site visits and property tours for potential buyers, explaining property features and benefits.

Provide detailed information about pricing, location, and amenities.

Sales Management:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals effectively.

Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Market Research:

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and local property laws.

Provide insights to management on customer needs and feedback.

Documentation and Reporting:

Assist clients with the documentation process for property purchase and lease agreements.

Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, and progress reports.

Qualifications and Skills:

Educational Background: Graduate in any discipline (Real Estate or Sales certification is a plus).

Experience: 13 years in field sales (experience in real estate sales preferred).

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
