Join Kotak Mahindra Bank as we expand our Customer Service Point (CSP) network. We seek a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive growth by onboarding and supporting CSP partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential CSP partners such as local shops and CSC centers. Conduct market research to uncover expansion opportunities.
Onboarding & Training: Onboard new CSPs, ensuring they meet our standards. Provide training on products, services, and processes.
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales through CSP channels. Monitor performance, provide support, and achieve sales targets.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with CSPs, address issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Reporting & Compliance: Keep accurate records, ensure compliance with policies, and provide regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
Experience: 1-3 years in field sales, ideally in banking or financial services.
Skills: Strong communication, ability to work independently, proficiency in local languages, basic banking knowledge.
