Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and
expand market presence.
Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking,
and referrals.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and
prospective clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and
potential opportunities for growth.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product
demonstrations to clients.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales
pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with
promotional activities and campaigns.
Feedback: Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and product
performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in field sales or a similar role (typically 1 years).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
