Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Generate leads and build a strong sales pipeline.
Client Engagement:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to understand their needs and present products/services effectively.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on product features, benefits, and industry trends.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of the products/services to potential clients.
Sales Presentations:
Deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our products/services.
Address client concerns and objections.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including sales calls, presentations, and closed deals.
Provide regular sales reports to the management team.
Market Intelligence:
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to identify business opportunities.
Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams.
Travel:
Travel to client locations within the assigned territory.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Knowledge of the industry and product/service offerings.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
