Field Sales Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our FMCG team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring product availability across assigned territories.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and increase market share.

Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors.

Conduct market visits to promote products, manage stock, and ensure visibility.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the FMCG sector.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Valid drivers license and willingness to travel.
