Shree Balaji Jewellers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive Field Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our client base. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, an understanding of the jewelry market, and the ability to close deals effectively in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

- Promote and sell a wide range of jewelry products to potential customers.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in assigned territories.

- Identify and approach prospective clients, including retail stores, wholesalers, and individual customers.

2. Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.

- Address customer queries and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Gather feedback from clients and share insights to improve products and services.

3. Market Analysis & Reporting

- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and emerging jewelry trends.

- Monitor competitors' activities and report on market trends.

- Prepare and submit sales reports, projections, and related documentation regularly.

4. Operational Support

- Work closely with the internal team to ensure timely product delivery and smooth order processing.

- Provide accurate information on product features, specifications, and pricing to customers.

- Organize and participate in promotional activities and trade shows, as required.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

- Willingness to travel extensively and work in a field-based role.

- Good understanding of the jewelry market and customer preferences.
