Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the region. The Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in representing our company, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target potential clients in the assigned territory.

Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective customers to showcase products and address their needs.

Deliver persuasive sales presentations and demonstrations to effectively close deals.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

Actively participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and events to increase brand awareness.

Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.

Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.

Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the sales management team.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and attend industry events as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Minimum 12th pass (Degree is not mandatory)

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Tamil and English.

Strong negotiation and persuasive selling abilities.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences in Tamil Nadu
