JOB DESCRIPTION :
Finding clients: Soliciting potential clients to buy, sell, or rent properties
Advising clients: Providing information about prices, mortgages, market conditions, and legal requirements
Comparing properties: Determining a competitive market price by comparing properties to similar ones that have recently sold
Promoting properties: Advertising properties through open houses, listing services, and other means
Showing properties: Accompanying clients to properties to inspect and discuss them
Negotiating: Presenting purchase offers to sellers and negotiating prices or other sales terms
Coordinating closings: Overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of fund
