Job Description:

A2Z Insure, a leading insurance and financial services company is seeking dynamic and result -oriented individuals for the position of Telesales + Field Sales Executive in Kolkata. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales through a combination of field (80%) and telephonic (20%) activities, promoting a range of insurance products.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Build and maintain relationships with customers by meeting with them regularly to profile their needs and requirements, understand their business and deliver value-adding solutions .

2) Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and quotations to potential customers .

3) Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly as per A2Z Insure .

4) Collaborate with internal departments and team members to develop and execute sales strategies that are in alignment with company goals and objectives.

5) Keep abreast of industry trends , market conditions and competitors to effectively position A2Z Insure's offerings.

Requirements:

1)Education: Graduation (UG considered with relevant sales experience and excellent communication skills)

2) Work Experience: Minimum 1 year of pure sales experience.
