Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs in the market.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions.
Meet super markets/convenience stores in stations/distributors and establish sales channels for product.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams for betterness.
Work closely with the admin and supply chain team, make sure of delivery schedule as early as possible to clients.
Do market survey and understand the different opportunities in market for Jaggery products help in setting up sales team.
Manage end to end activity from product supply chain to send to factories, super markets/convenience stores in stations; provide regular bills; take care of collection.
Help Organization to set up and expand business in and around Bangalore and to other potential places.
Purely field work. No desk job.
What We Are Looking For
Education no bar.
Must have 1+ years of experience as a field sales executive in FMCG food Industry
Kannada & English language is must.
Should be willing to travel extensively to build business.
Should have a own vehicle for travel, Travel bills are reimbursed weekly basis.
Basic salary: 10,000 - 20,000 / monthly, Monthly Bonus + Yearly Bonus upon achieving targets.
