Job Description

Job Summary:

Manage Sales operations and business development initiatives.

Meet with project Consultants, Architects, Civil Contractors, Government Departments to promote and market products and services.

Oversee the entire tendering process from initiation to final execution including thorough follow-up and coordination.

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing key accounts & executing growth programs.

Travelling throughout the entire state as required for business purposes.

To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor product pitch according to their specifications.

Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership-based relationship.

Comply with the Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity.

Experience in direct sales & marketing of engineering/ construction related products with direct marketing techniques.

Must have excellent written & verbal communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.

Must have complete knowledge of the construction industry.

Must be willing to travel extensively, approximately four days per week to fulfill job responsibilities.
