Job Description

Lead Generation and Prospecting:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, cold calling,

networking, and referrals.

Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by conducting thorough

market research.

2. Client Consultation:

Conduct site visits to assess the feasibility of solar installations and gather necessary

data.

Provide detailed consultations to clients, explaining the benefits of solar energy,

system options, and the financial incentives available.

3. Sales Presentations:

Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to prospective clients.

Use visual aids and technical data to support the value proposition of solar energy

solutions.

4. Quoting and Proposals:

Create accurate and competitive quotes and proposals based on client needs and

site assessments.

Present and explain proposals to clients, addressing any questions or concerns.

5. Negotiation and Closing Sales:

Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales effectively.

Ensure contracts are signed and processed accurately and promptly.

6. Relationship Management:

Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat

business.

Provide after-sales support to address any issues or concerns and ensure the

successful installation of solar systems.

7. Market and Industry Knowledge:

Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and new technologies in the

solar energy sector.

Share insights and updates with the sales team and management.

8. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales

progress.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback for management.

9. Collaboration:

Work closely with the installation and technical teams to ensure seamless project

execution.

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective sales materials and strategies.
