1. Job Purpose:
Deliver outstanding sales results for the TMI Division of Elmack within assigned geography.
Develop wide and deep end customer and reseller relationships in assigned territory. Provide
techno-commercial support to end customers & Resellers on product portfolio. Represent the
Company in all market creation activities (includes seminars, sales calls, Road shows and
training).
2. Primary Responsibilities:
a) Develop, implement, and manage a Geographical Area business plan to meet or exceed
Quarterly / Annual objectives for TMI Division in assigned geography.
b) Assess business conditions in the given geography and vertical markets to implement local
go to market strategy.
c) Identify, evaluate and develop new Resellers relationships if needed in specific segments
or geographies / accounts
d) Provide technical & commercial support to End Customers
e) Develop / execute customer segment / product category specific marketing activities
alongside OEM teams
f) Work closely with other cross functional teams to ensure smooth execution of business.
g) Key Account Management within territory
h) Perform other related duties as assigned.
3. Experience:
Elmack is preferably looking for min. 3 years experienced candidates in a similar role / field.
Fresh college graduates with a minimum . or . degrees may also apply.
4. Domain:
Frontline Sales Experience in TMI or related Industry
Experience of working with resellers in given geography desired though not essential.
5. Other requirements:
End Customer Connect/Vertical Market Segment Development and Management
skills
Technical knowledge. Application knowledge on areas important to our brands
Familiarity with CRM systems, Excel and Presentation skills
Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammates
Strong written & verbal communication skills
Effective presentation and problem-solving skills.
